The Hotel was founded in September, 1979 by LADY DR.ADA OKWUONU, as Hotel Codial Li mited.

The Hotel has Three Divisions:

(I)    Accommodation Division.

(II)   Outside and Contract Catering Services Division.

(III)  Hotel and Catering Consultancy Services Division
